Key Data:
The start of our customer survey was on 30. April 2009.
The questionnaires were sent worldwide in seven languages.
The return rate of 32 % has been surprisingly high despite the economic crisis, short-time work and shut down of steel works.
Goal:
Considering the customers` evaluation, we will increase our performance, improve our products and service and optimize the communication to our customers more and more.
Result:
Customer satisfaction in total 92 %!
(average of all valuations received according to very satisfying and satisfying)
The highest mark of 96,3 % shows:
Quality – Advisory Service – Flexibility
Further Steps:
Amongst others, we will set up improvement measures from the evaluation.
