Emergency breakdown at Friday night,responded and had motors packed and delivered on site Saturday morning in Michigan snow storm Gega style!

I would like to send a deeply appreciated THANK YOU to you and your group for sending the motors and couplings to us in an extremely timely manner and at a very short notice. All of your work is much appreciated. We will be using one motor on down day and placing the other in our warehouse.

I am Bruce Kozak of SMS Demag LLC, Site Manager and Principal Engineer. I am currently at Shouqin Steel, here in QinHuangDao China.

It’s my job to ensure project inefficiencies are identified such that we might avoid similar problems in the future, which can prolong a project.

Conversely, it’s my job to highlight the successes of a project, such that we might repeat the commissioning successes on future jobs.

Wir möchten Sie bitten, unsere Dankbarkeit Ihrem Cherfmonteur auszudrücken, der während der Chefmontage-Arbeiten hohes Niveau des Professionalismus zeigte, wesentliche Hilfe den Spezialisten des Werkes bei Beherrschung von praktischen Fertigkeiten und Methoden der Arbeit mit den Anlagen und bei Organisierung der Schulung leistete.

Als erfahrener Fachmann löste er im Laufe des Anfahrens der Ausrüstungen manchmal sehr komplizierte und schwierige Aufgaben, die sich während des Anlaufes der Anlage erhoben. Das liess die Gasscheidemaschinen vor dem geplanten Termin in Betrieb nehmen.

The quick response, willingness to find alternatives, coming in while on vacation to support our needs, driving out a motor personally, and just providing the technical expertise we needed at a difficult time, speaks volumes of Gega’s willingness to support their customers with excellence!
