GeGa commissioned a total of sevenTorch Cutting machines for Hyundai Steel in Korea.
This successful installation will enable Hyundai Steel to maintain its position as one of the premier steel producers in the world.
GeGa delivered the whole machine including control, measuring equipment, travel rails and sample torches.
The new machines cut slabs between 200-300 mm thickness and 800 – 2200mm width with a cutting speed of up to 2.60m/min. Both low to high carbon steels and micro alloyed steels can be cut.
