Autogenous torch cutting of steel with gaseous oxygen and cutting pressures up to 10 bar.
- Type SB 1200 heavy duty cutting torch for nozzles STD 1-4
- Type SB 2000 heavy duty cutting torch for nozzles STD 1-5
- Series STD 1 to 5 heavy duty cutting nozzle
- Gas supply up to 10 bar
FEATURES:
- Heating flame uses a mix of heating gas and heating oxygen
- Cutting jet of pure oxygen
APPLICATIONS:
- All standard steel qualities
- Cutting thickness 50 to 2,000 mm depending on cutting nozzle
- Kerf thickness 15 – 55 mm depending on cutting nozzle
CUTTING SPEED:
- Approx. 30 mm/min at a material thickness of 2.000 mm
- Carbon equivalent: 0.3%; T= 30°C
