Prepared for the future

As of September 16, 2009, Mr. H. K. Lotz has stepped down as the CEO of both GeGa Lotz GmbH and GeGa Holding GmbH.

Taking his place is our new management team as follows:

• Mr. Justin Willott, CEO (Chief Executive Officer)
• Mr. Mattias Lotz, COO (Chief Operating Officer)
• Mr. Tobias Lotz, CFO (Chief Financial Officer)

Mr. H. K. Lotz will continue to support GeGa as a Management Consultant, offering his vast amount of knowledge and experience in the steel industry to the new management team.
