Subdiving of a mother slab into three daugther slabs
In the finishing yard the work pieces are prepared for the further processing by:
- Transversal cutting into shorter pieces
- Slitting into smaller pieces
- Removal of the cutting beards
- Quality test e.g. by test scarfing
- Cleaning of the surface by spot scarfing, strip scarfing or complete scarfing
