Recondition work includes the following activities:
Machine before recondition
1. Thorough inspection
and examination of the machine by GeGa technicians in our workshop
2. Defining
the recondition work needed, taking into account
- the current state of the machine
- customer requirements
- available financial resources
3. Replacement
of main components
- Professional tube fitting and plumbing in to the machine
- Wiring and corresponding labelling
- Hoses
- Wheels and travelling rails to ensure optimum cutting performance
- Heavy-duty cutting torch and nozzles
Machine after recondition
4. Main Components
are only reused if they meet the stringent requirements of the GeGa Quality System.
5. Tests
and comprehensive documentation
On-line maintenance plan
GeGa also offers a machine rotation programme: while a machine is being reconditioned by GeGa we provide a replacement machine to ensure that you can maintain normal operations.
